“After making enquiries, including obtaining a letter of support from the Ultimate parent entity, Applied Inc, and carrying out a review of projected funding over the next 12 months, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
