We draw attention to note 1 of the financial statements, which indicates that the Company may be unable to recover the sums lent to Pendleton Together Operating Limited ("the Borrower") and in turn, may be unable to meet its own operational liabilities as they fall due. As stated in note 1, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set out in note 1, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the Company was unable to continue as a going concern.
