“Having made an assessment for twelve months from the date, the financial statements are authorized for issue which included considering forecasts for the next twelve months, the risks facing the business and the current economic environment, the Directors have not identified any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Therefore, the financial statements continue to be prepared on the going concern basis.”
