“The Board of Directors is required to consider the group's ability to continue as a going concern over a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The company has 10 years of trading, a strong balance sheet and good reputation in its sector. We have a satisfactory loan book with well established customers. The directors are confident that the group can continue to trade successfully providing an excellent and reliable service to our customers for the foreseeable future. Thus we continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
