“The directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The directors have reviewed the Company's current position and are aware that the Company has significant net current liabilities, however given the continued financial support provided by the penultimate parent company, NextEnergy Solar Holdings III Limited, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Directors' Report and financial statements. The financial support is made available for a period of not less than 12 months and one day from the date of signing these financial statements. The directors have received confirmation of this support.”
