“The group meets its day to day working capital requirements through its current cash resources and financing facilities. The groups forecasts and projections, which have been prepared to 31 December 2026, show that the group has secured sufficient financing to support its ongoing operations and investment strategy. This includes committed capital which ensures liquidity to meet short-term obligations and fund long-term development. The directors have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
