“The Company has a satisfactory capital position and as a consequence the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The directors have considered the operating profits and cash flows for the twelve month period from the date of signing these accounts and based on this have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
