Material uncertainty over going concern
The Directors recognise that the Company ceased to be a going concern following the disposal of the final power generation investment and liquidation of the remaining subsidiary which both completed in August 2023. The Company will be wound up after distribution of its remaining cash balance to MC, which is expected to be completed in 2030. Accordingly, the annual report and financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern taking this into account.
