“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have considered the group's financial position, cash flow forecasts and the availability of financial support. On the basis of the group's forecasts and having received letters of support from the investors, who have indicated that they will not seek repayment of amounts due to them and, if required, will provide further funding so as to ensure the group is able to continue trading for at least the next 12 months post-signing of these financial statements, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The forecasts assume that existing debt facilities will continue on no less favourable terms than current arrangements. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from insufficient facilities being made available to the group.”
