In 2016 the Company repaid the original funding it had received, but should future funding be required this will be made available to the Company. In light of this the directors have carefully considered the going concern statement and after making enquiries, including review of forecast profit and loss, statement of financial position and cash flow for a period of no less than 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements, the Board are satisfied that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on such a basis.”
