- “During 2024, the Group continued to pursue its growth strategy through targeted acquisitions and partnerships designed to strengthen regional presence and diversify our brand portfolio. In the second half of the year, the Group completed the share acquisitions of Norfolk Holiday Homes Ltd and Cathole Cottages Ltd. Both businesses were subsequently hived up into Classic Cottages Limited. These acquisitions provided the Group with an established presence in East Anglia and the Yorkshire Dales - regions where we previously had limited representation. The final transaction of 2024 was the asset purchase of Mevagissey Holiday Cottages, a small local agency whose property portfolio has been integrated into Aspects Holidays Ltd, further strengthening our presence in Cornwall.”
