“For the year ended 31 December 2024, the Company made a loss after tax of £34,067,251 (2023: €24,946,150). The Company has a net current liabilities position of £70,757,887 (2023: £55,247,105) and a net liabilities position of £87,559,086 (2023: £ 53,491,835). The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through cash generated from operations as well as intercompany borrowings. The Directors have concluded that that Company relies upon the continuing unconditional financial support of its ultimate parent entity Jamf Holding Corp. Jamf Holding Corp. has confirmed it will provide financial support to the Company to assist with meeting liabilities as they fall due, but only to the extent that money is not otherwise available to meet such liabilities. Jamf Holding Corp. will provide this support to the Company, to the extent outlined above for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of Jamf Ltd's balance sheet. The Group's financial forecasts, taking into consideration the current environment, show that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The Directors of the Company have made appropriate enquiries to ensure that Jamf Holding Corp. has sufficient resources to provide the support to the Company. Consequently, the Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to operate and meet liabilities and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
