“After assessing the forecasts and liquidity of the business for the next financial year, and considering the trading period beyond, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Group's Series B fundraising closed in April 2025 with additional equity investment of £15m secured between March 2025 and April 2025 (see notes 11 and 15).
