“The entity finances its operations through bank loans and working capital. The current year has seen a continued profitable trend. The directors have detailed forecasts for the period to 29 March 2026 which indicate that based on continued profitable trading the company and the group are able to operate within the agreed facilities for a period of 12 months from approval of the financial statements. On this basis the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
