“The Directors have prepared detailed monthly forecasts and projected cash flows for the remainder of the December 2025 financial year and for the full year ended December 2026. After due consideration, the Directors have concluded that based on their forecasts and the continued support of their main shareholder there is a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
