“The Group made a loss for the year of £642,634 (2023: loss of £2,289,4098) and at the year end had net liabilities of £2,799,923 (2023: £3,442,557). Cash held at the year end totalled £176,734 (2023: £890,562). The Directors have considered these factors and believe that the Group has sufficient working capital to meet these costs as they fall due, as well as having the support of the group. As a result the accounts have been prepared under the going concern basis.”
