Material uncertainty disclosed

“We draw attention to note 1.4 in the financial statements, which indicates that while the directors have received written assurances from an investor of an intention to provide additional financial support to the group, this does not represent a firm commitment. Were this support to be withdrawn it would cause signification uncertainties on whether the group could continue as a going concern. As stated in note 1.4, the group has made a loss for the period of $18,237,913 (2023: $18,481,442) and these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 1.4, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the group's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
