“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in existence for the period to 30 April 2027, being the going concern period. In reaching this conclusion the directors reviewed a going concern assessment for that period which considered the forecast impact of worldwide geopolitical activities, military conflicts, international sanctions, trade restrictions, or any other actions taken by relevant parties that may impact future income, and indicated that the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due. There are no material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the company to continue as a going concern.”
