“After evaluating the Company's business activities, financial position, capital, factors likely to affect its future development and performance, and its objectives and policies in managing the financial risks to which it is exposed, for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements, the Company will be reliant on Barclays Bank PLC to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. Barclays Bank PLC has indicated its intention to continue to make available funds as needed by the Company for the period covered by the forecasts. Therefore, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate access to resources to enable it to meet its obligations and to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As with any company placing reliance on other group entities for financial support, the Directors acknowledge that there can be no certainty that this support will continue although, at the date of approval of these financial statements, they have no reason to believe that it will not do so. Based on these indications, the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
