“The Company has made a profit in the year of £3,258,027 (2023: £2,609,777) and has net current assets of £17,054,271 (2023: £17,160,457) and net assets of £3,368,313 (2023: £2,610,286) at the balance sheet date. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. For these reasons, the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
