These projections incorporate the forward flow agreement with Shawbrook Bank Limited, which provides committed funding for loan book growth and operations. Based on this funding and expected performance, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operation for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and have therefore adopted the going concern basis.”
