“The property market that matters most to us is the volume of properties coming for sale and that number is steady and predictable whatever market conditions prevail. Our expectations for 2025 are positive with reductions in interest rates making mortgages more competitive again. We expect to see listing volumes at their long-term average of between 1.5m and 1.6m.
