“With the fundraising activities completed in December 2024 and October 2025, the directors estimate that the current cash flow of the Group will be sufficient to support future planned activities. The directors have confidence that they will be able to maintain sufficient cash or will be able to secure sufficient cash inflow for the Group and Company to continue its activities for the foreseeable future and, in any event, for not less than 12 months from the approval of these financial statements and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
