This reflects an expectation that the Group and Company has sufficient assets and cash flow available to fund planned expenditure (taking into account confirmation from the parent company that it will not recall significant debts owed) for the 12 months following the date of the signing of the accounts. QIPCO has confirmed to the Company that it has no intention to recall its loans in the foreseeable future and that it does not foresee a need to make such a demand in the foreseeable future.”
