“As of 31 December 2024, the Company has negative equity and is in a net current liability position. However, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence due to the working capital generated through the activities of its' subsidiaries. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements. If required, BGO Holdings (Cayman), LP has confirmed it will provide financial support to the Company and its subsidiaries to enable them to meet their liabilities for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
