“The directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt the ability of this company to continue as a concern or its ability to continue with current financing arrangements. A new Managing Director was brought into the business towards the end of 2024 with a view to driving sustained profitable growth into 2025.
