“While the company's standalone statement of financial position (SOFP) shows a negative net asset position due to intercompany transactions with Unitas (eliminated in the consolidated group accounts), the group's SOFP reflects a favourable net asset position... the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group & Company has adequate resources to operate for the foreseeable future. On the geopolitical front, there have been the Russia-Ukraine war that started in 2022, and the Israel-Palestine conflict that commenced in 2023.
