“The Company is a holding company for the Group's Self-Invested Personal Pension administration business. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In order to assess and manage the impact of environmental issues, the Group carries out regular liquidity stress testing on cash flow forecasts over a 3 year time period. The Company currently has sufficient cash resources to fund its businesses and if conditions deteriorate there are a number of actions the Company could take to mitigate that risk including drawing on funds from the Group.”
