“HooYu derives its sources of cash from customer payments and directly from its parent company Mitek Systems Inc. (Mitek). Mitek is an established business in the mobile check deposit and identity verification space and has established customers and business operations that generate cash flow for HooYu Ltd. On the basis that HooYu Ltd relies primarily on Mitek for any shortfall, the directors have determined that going concern risk is dependent on Mitek's ability to generate cash and pay its liabilities. The directors are confident that Mitek has the ability to fund HooYu Ltd for at least twelve months following the date of signing these financial statements and beyond.”
