The director has prepared cash flow forecasts for the foreseeable future, being at least twelve months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. The director of the company has made appropriate enquiries of Palm Paper Limited to confirm that she is satisfied that the pooling arrangement will be available to the company for the coming year, and accordingly continues to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
