“The company has reduced costs significantly during 2023 and 2024 in the face of the negative macro environment. However, the reduced overheads, the current bank balances and future expected income provide the necessary working capital for the company's operations. The company expects to operate at or around breakeven during 2025 and 2026, returning to increasing profitability thereafter. The directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast doubt on the ability of the company to continue as a going concern.”
