- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “For the fiscal year ended September 30, 2024, Northleaf raised USD0.8 billion for its private equity funds, USD1.0 billion for its private credit funds and USD1.3 billion for its infrastructure funds. Northleaf held a final close in December 2023 for its first closed-end direct growth equity fund, Northleaf Growth Fund, and a final close in June 2024 for Northleaf Venture Catalyst Fund III, its closed-end venture capital fund. Northleaf continued to fundraise for the next vintage of its closed-end private credit and infrastructure funds, with final closes for these funds expected in early 2025. In addition, the Company expects to continue fundraising for its evergreen private equity, private credit and infrastructure funds (Northleaf Global Private Equity, Northleaf Senior Private Credit and Northleaf Senior Private Credit-L, and Northleaf Essential Infrastructure Fund, respectively).
