“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the accounts. The forecasts include several downside scenarios. These forecasts give the directors confidence that the group will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least the next 12 months. As of 31st December 2024, the group had a net current liability of £5.6 million (2023: £3.2 million). A key feature of the group's business model is its ability to generate positive net working capital cash flow, a capability that is strengthened through business growth and effective margin control.”
