“Additionally, the Group secured a capital injection from its private equity investor, Livingbridge, reinforcing Sycurio's financial position and ensuring its continuity as a going concern and enabling a platform for the medium term forecasted growth. ... Based on the additional liquidity, the reduced external debt obligations within the Group and facilities available, the Directors have assessed expected cashflow and remain confident that the Group will continue to have the resources to meet creditors as they fall due for the twelve months after the financial statements are approved. The financial statements will therefore be prepared on a going concern basis.”
