“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors believe to be appropriate as outlined below. The Directors have prepared forecasts to 30 June 2026, based on revenue run rates in the early part of 2025. These demonstrate that the Group is forecast to generate cash and that the Group has sufficient cash reserves and headroom in borrowing facilities to enable the Group to meet its obligations as they fall due. The forecasts assume a continuation of revenue run rates experienced in the early part of 2025, together with some modest new business gains.”
