Affirmed

“The directors have reviewed the current and projected financial position of the Company making reasonable assumptions about the future performance. The key areas reviewed were forecast income and cashflows for the period of at least 12 months from approving these accounts and the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors also draw attention to the fact that the Company has net liabilities due to the deferred tax provision that has been recognised. The directors consider that it is very unlikely that the provision will crystallise within 12 months from the date these accounts are signed however, this notwithstanding, the directors have obtained a letter of support from another group company in case of the scenario where a corporation tax liability becomes payable.. Accordingly, the financial statements are presented on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
