“The financial statements of the company have been prepared on a going concern basis, the validity of which is dependent on the recovery of amounts owed by a related party by virtue of being under common control. The related company has net liabilities as at 31 December 2024, however the directors and shareholders have given assurance that funds will be made available for a period of at least 12 months from the date the accounts are approved, to the companies so that they will be able to settle their debts when the debts fall due.”
