Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have a reasonable expectation, following recent discussions with the bank, that the facility will remain in place for the foreseeable future. The company produces detailed 13 week rolling cash flow forecasts and the directors are satisfied the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due from the current facility. Having taken into consideration the above circumstances, along with trading and high level cash flow forecasts for the next 12 months, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2021 → FY2022 · period ending 2022-10-31 vs 2021-10-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
