Following the resolution made by the PREMF investor advisory committee on 11 September 2025 to close PREMF, the fund is in the process of liquidation, with an expected termination date of 21 December 2025 and a wind-up by August 2026. The fund's financial statements as at 31 December 2024 have been prepared on a breakup basis, reflecting the planned disposal of its remaining assets, repayment of outstanding loans, and settlement of liquidation costs. Once the fund moves into liquidation process, the Director intends to commence the process to strike off the Company itself.
