  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The Directors believe that the Company's financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis on the grounds that the current and future sources of funding or support will be more than adequate for the Company's requirements for at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. In the event that additional funds were needed to support the Company the directors would seek to procure, and are confident that they would be able to secure, any necessary funding from the immediate parent undertaking, AIPLP.

• “On 24 February 2022, Russia launched a military offensive against Ukraine resulting in widespread sanctions on Russia and heightened security and cyber threats. This battle is still ongoing and sanctions continue to be placed and updated and vigilance levels remain high around security and potential cyber threats.”
• “In October 2023, the Hamas attack on Israel led to a full blown conflict between Israel and the Hamas-controlled administration of Gaza. In light of this ongoing unrest, the Company has assessed the impact of the unrest and has concluded that at the date of approval of these financial statements the ongoing unrest has no impact on the Company's operations as the Company's key suppliers do not have any operations pertaining to the Company in Israel or the Hamas-controlled administration of Gaza.”
