- “On 30 June 2025, a group reorganisation occurred, whereby the entire issued share capital of the Company's intermediate parent company Keltbray Holdings Limited, was sold by Keltbray Group Limited to Crumlin Capital Limited, a Company under common control. In addition, in June 2025, the Group entered into a re-financing arrangement with Metro Bank under which an overdraft facility of £10m and a revolving credit facility of £20m were made available to the Group. There are no current plans to draw down the RCF but this provides the Group with significant liquidity headroom to support future growth.”
