“In assessing the Group's ability to continue as a going concern, the management has considered the liquidity position and reviewed cash flow forecasts for the foreseeable future. The Group has adequate financial resources and as a consequence, the management believes that the Group is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and meet its liabilities as they fall due. The ultimate controlling party has confirmed that it will continue to provide financial support to the Company and the Group for at least 12 months from the signing date of these financial statements if required. For this reason, the management continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
