“The Directors consider the group and company to be able to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future after having considered expectations and intentions for at least the next twelve months, and the availability of working capital. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.
