“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. At the year end, the Company had net current liabilities of £272,629 (2023: net current liabilities of £229,497). The Company remains assured of the financial support by the parent company. The directors have received confirmation that the parent company will make available sufficient funds to the Company to enable the Company to continue as a going concern for at least twelve months from the date of signature of the audit report. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

The charge includes fixed charges, floating charges, negative pledge clauses and is held over the assets of the Company.”
