“As noted in the Principal risks and uncertainties section of the Strategic Report, material or prolonged declines in global stock markets or material redemptions by investors in the Fund to which the Company provides investment management services will impact the Company's profitability. However, as at the year-ended 30 June 2025, the Company is forecasted to be profitable over the next 12 months. Against this backdrop, the directors believe the Company remains a Going Concern and the Company's financial statements have been prepared on a Going Concern basis.”
