“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The Company's most recent budget and work in hand, taking account of possible changes in operational performance and modelling of downside scenarios, shows that the Company will be able to operate within the level of its current operational facilities. As of today, the Company has been able to sign the contracts from their existing customers. Caresoft Global Limited shareholders and its group companies have confirmed that it will continue to provide such financial support as necessary to enable the Company to meet its financial obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements. The directors are satisfied that Caresoft Global Limited has sufficient financial resources for any future financial obligations. Based on management's assessment of cashflow forecasts with realistic assumptions and sensitivities for global recession fear and this reason, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going-concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
