“Although the Company made a profit after tax for the year of £127,218 (period ended 31 December 2023: £3,079), the Company had net current liabilities of £4,959,895 (2023: £5,248,892). The Company is dependent on the continued support of its parent company, Phoenix Hospital Group Limited, which has confirmed that it will not request repayment of the amounts due to it, other than to the extent required to meet its budgeted overheads as they fall due, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. At the time of approving the financial statements, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”
