“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Directors have prepared projections to 31 December 2027. These projections have been prepared using assumptions which the Directors consider to be appropriate to the current financial position of the Company as regards to current expected revenues and its cost base, and the Company's investments, borrowing and debt repayment plans. These projections are subject to regular stress testing over a three year time period. In the light of these forecasts the Directors consider it appropriate to continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
