“The directors have reviewed the financial position of the Company, including consideration of the uncertainties arising from the current economic environment and the consequential impact of this upon trading and financing. Based on the Company's continued revenue performance post year end, and the strength of its balance sheet and positive cash position (cash and cash equivalents balance of £1,394,000 at 31 March 2025 (2024: £4,694,000)), and following their review of the forecasts and projections of the Company the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for 12 months from the signing of the financial statements and will have sufficient cash resources to meet its obligations as they fall due. The directors are confident that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
