“The directors have performed an assessment of going concern, including a severe but plausible downside stress test. In terms of considering going concern, the focus was upon the Company's position in respect of the availability of existing funding to support the Company, and the operational resilience of the company. The directors have concluded should there be an economic downturn severe enough to materially impair revenue receipts from the portfolio, the Company's reserve fund is sufficient to cover senior interest and expense obligations of the Company for a period in excess of 12 months following the date of approval of the annual report and financial statements. Furthermore, the Company may, in certain circumstances, choose to redeem the Notes on the interest payment date ("IPD") on which the aggregate balance of the mortgage loans becomes less than or equal to 10% of the aggregate balance of the mortgage portfolio at the forecasted optional redemption date of 15 December 2028 (2023 - 15 June 2029). Given that this date is more than one year from the signing of these accounts, there are no concerns regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
